I was at this Advance Auto early in the day. Waited about an hour in the heat and didn’t get any service. So I went to the best Advance Auto on Millersville Pike. I will NEVER go to Advance Auto on Lincoln Hwy again. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

The gentlemen at the Advance Auto Parts store were FANTASTIC!! Will & Connor both helped me change my battery in the pouring rain and did a diagnostic check for my engine light warning. Super helpful and kind. For me, as a senior citizen whose husband can no longer take care of car maintenance issues, an auto parts store is not a comfortable or familiar territory. These employees were both helpful & informative and went over & above in customer service. I will certainly come back to the Advanced Auto Parts store near the Walmart Super Center in Lancaster for any automotive needs I have in the future. Thanks again, guys, for your help!! Lynn Walker

Very unhelpful. Sold us a not working car battery and claimed it was fine, and that they couldn’t take it back despite it not working. Won’t be shopping here again.

Austin is great he is always helpful and knowledgeable. And unlike others that work there and always seem grouchy, and in a bad mood, he was always great to deal with which really makes a difference. When you're having car issues

Will knew his car parts and how to put them on. I recommend you ask for Will! They had what I needed in stock plus extra advise that I didn’t think of. Thank you Will.
