  My windshield wiper flew off while driving home. I stopped at AAP in Willow Street and Andy was a huge help. He helped me find the correct wipers and even installed them for me! He also helped me find the correct coolant and he wanted to fill it but I knew he was busy. I greatly appreciated Andy’s expert advice and help. Fantastic customer service! 😊

  I went in yesterday to get a new battery. Bought it no problem. When I asked about putting it in they said they couldn’t because they were the only one there. Should have told me that before I bought it. So I call around to 2 other locations. The first (Quarryville) tells me that they won’t do it because I didn’t buy it at that location AND that it’s 11 degrees out so they won’t do it. I called another location (Lancaster) they said they could do it but it wouldn’t be for 2 hours. I ended up just going to my regular mechanic and they told me that it isn’t even the right battery! Seriously disappointed with Advance.
