  My family and I had come out all the way from Connecticut down to Pennsylvania for a funeral. On our way back home we ran into car problems. We decided to stop at the Advance Auto Parts in Lake Ariel. My husband walked in and was helped by a young gentleman named Cristian. He went above and beyond by selling us what we needed, telling us what were the nearest hotels, and what there was to eat in the area. That wasn’t all though, he also loaned us his tools in order for us to be able to fix our car. It’s hard to find kind people nowadays. Thank you so much Cristian!

  Did an online order. Went to store and bought more items while picking up my order. Check out the brake bundle specials. It's worth upgrading the pads cause the cheaper ones don't include hardware.

  The salespeople behind the counter were not very friendly. They acted like they were being interrupted by having to do more important things.

  I had to drive 30 mi to get here but they had the part I was looking for. If you're in a rush you can do what I did and just call to confirm they have the part. Ask them to physically check and bring the item up front until you get there. Work great for me. PS. If you're driving out of your way, definitely give them a call and ask them to physically check because a lot of times the system says they have the part, but they don't.
