  I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always ordered the same thing without any issues. I go to place my order with the manager named Jen, and she starts getting frustrated with me after I asked to order a sandwich that she denied service for me and in confusion I asked why. She stated its policy and she continues to raise her voice at me. I asked when the policy changed and she wouldn’t tell me and she continue to be very disrespectful started yelling in my face. I asked why she denied service for me in confusion she continue to raise her voice in the middle of making a sandwich for another customer and continues to scream at me in my face in front of all customers. I was completely shocked and very disappointed in the service I was receiving due to her poor communication skills. She continue to be very disrespectful and antagonize me after I asked multiple times for management, she refused to give me names. She refused to service me, and she also walked off the floor in the middle of making a sandwich for other customers, while other customers were watching, it was completely unacceptable and I will be reaching out until I file a complaint against her and the franchise for the disrespect i received while being crippled. I will never be a customer for any company or franchise associated with Subway. I will make it very clear to not go to this location because of very poor treatment, communication and behavior!

  I love subway lunches, I consider it a treat, I like the convenience of the location but after 4 walk in take outs, I won't be back, the " manager" has felt the need to tell me about his college background how much he hated his job but he does it for family and today had to point out the fact that he was the manager with his finger on his badge. And he made the worst salad ever. It's not the first time but I'm done. Really disappointed it was convenient from work.
