on 6/19/2026 I waited approximately 10 minutes for a sales associate to finish a personal conversation with someone she appeared to know. During that time, three other customers entered the store after me, and she offered assistance to each of them before acknowledging me. It felt as though she was annoyed that I was waiting nearby for help.
All of the other associates were already assisting customers, so I had no other option but to wait. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced what I perceived as rude or dismissive behavior from this particular employee.
I would like to say that I won't be returning, but unfortunately this store carries products that I cannot easily find elsewhere. I simply hope management addresses customer service concerns so that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

The absolute worst Tiffany i have ever been to. To preface, I am an avid tiffany consumer and have several pieces, hardware, silverware, etc. My 18k Solid Gold Return to Tiffany necklace (priced at $1,250) had recently developed a cluster of hair stuck in the chain. Following this, I decided to reach out to Tiffany’s customer service in which they guided me to take a lighter to the chain to burn the hair. Following their instructions, my necklace was now left with several burns on the chain. After calling again and letting them know this outcome, they scheduled an appointment for a cleaning at our most local King of Prussia Tiffany & Co. Being excited to take a trip to the store I was met with the most rude and hostile employees. Instead of being greeted kindly and offered water or seating like I have at every other tiffany, the employees did not say hello, and awkwardly stared at me. They kept walking around me giving me dirty looks up and down as if i could not afford any of their pieces and must be planning to steal something. Finally an employee approached me, the appointment was mentioned, and the necklace was taken back to be cleaned. The employee came out 3 minutes later saying they were having extreme difficulty taking off the burns. After giving me back the necklace, in the end the employee told me to not do something like that again as if it literally wasn’t recommended by their own customer service. She almost mentioned that after cleaning that although it was faint, the damage is still there. This should not be happening with authentic gold pieces. Do better tiffany. The king of prussia store is the biggest waste of time and biggest disappoint.

I’m very frustrated with my recent experience with my engagement ring repair. A diamond fell out of the band of my platinum engagement ring. I brought it to the store and the associate mentioned there is a warranty on engagement rings. I receive an email a few weeks later with a quote for the repair. I called customer service and inquire about a cost breakdown, as I feel Tiffany & Co. should cover some of the repair costs. They told me there isn’t a break down on the cost of diamond vs the repair and I would have to pay the cost in full or not have it repaired through Tiffany & Co.
When you pay a premium for a “luxury” brand you expect them to stand by their product. Next time I purchase jewelry I’ll consider a different company. Very disappointing.

DO NOT BRING JEWELRY TO BE REPAIRED HERE, let alone purchased. I brought my necklace in for a repair to the chain. The associate incorrectly measured and input my necklace length and sent it to be repaired. My necklace came back 3 inches longer and when I brought it back to have them fix it, they told me I stretched my necklace 3 inches and would have to pay to have it fixed again. I now have to pay for another repair service to have the mistake of the store associate fixed. Absolutely awful service
