  Brian and Rashod were very friendly and attentive to questions I had about shipping a very valuable item. I came away confident that I was receiving the best value for the cost and Brian explained the packing process very clearly. And their smiles made a lot of difference in feeling it was a very human transaction and my item was very important to me.

  3 men standing around watching while I was bringing in 3 huge packages. After the first one I said this is really heavy. You’d think they would try and help. Acted totally disinterested and zero engagement. Not helpful from start to finish. There was 1 person in the store. Been to a different location where they ran out and helped. I’ll stick to going to that one from now on. What is the matter with helping someone you can clearly see is struggling? Teach your employees better.

  We have one UPS near us and the best thing is it provides all the services, notary, shipment and the staff is very cooperative. Easy access, no hassle.
