  I had the most outstanding experience working with James McCormick, truly the best I’ve ever worked with. The watch I wanted was not in stock, but he went above and beyond to quickly source it from another store using his personal connections. Throughout the process he stayed in constant communication, texting me updates and making the entire experience seamless and personal. What really stood out was how much James genuinely cared, making sure I was happy and informed. James is an all-around great, caring guy, whose expertise, responsiveness, and personal touch made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile, James is the very best in the business.

  James McCormick was an absolute professional and joy to work with. I must say I entered the store to “Browse” and he found a watch that fit me perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend not only this place for a watch but also the friendly and helpful service they offered while I was there.

  Entered this store today. Spent about 5 min until one of the representatives came to me and asked if he could help me. I asked to see and try one of the watches. He said he would come “in a second”. 10 minutes passed, he never came. While leaving the store I saw him and a few more salesmen standing and talking. The store was not busy, besides me there was another customer that was already checking some watches. Never seen such a disrespectful sales representatives.

  Great customer service. From the moment I walked in the IWC Boutique KOP I was treated with hospitality and respect from a very knowledgeable sales representative Eric Chen. He was happy to entertain my interest in looking at a few different watches even after I told him I had no intentions of making a purchase at that time. For most people, buying anything luxury is about the purchasing experience.  Most people are excited and have worked VERY hard to be making that purchase.  Bad customer service can completely ruin that experience for them and it’s something their new purchase will always remind them of. Eric Chen and Pierre definitely made me feel like a friend, not a transaction!
