Horrible shipping access. Signs are misleading as hell. Use UPS instead.

Austin gave me a suggestion that made my experience today greater than I thought. He took the time to ask me questions about my goals that I wasn’t thinking about. He made me feel apart of the FedEx family. Coming back just for him and his customer service

I was assisted by an employee who showed a complete lack of professionalism and willingness to help. At no point did he try to be patient or supportive with my communication. Although I do not speak English perfectly, I do understand it, and I could clearly notice that he was speaking about me to a colleague during my visit in a disrespectful way.
I felt disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. Instead of trying to assist me, the service was marked by impatience, disregard, and a judgmental attitude toward my language skills.
I left the store feeling very frustrated. Customer service requires respect, empathy, and professionalism — none of which I experienced here. If an employee is not willing to deal with customers properly, they should not be in a customer-facing role.
I hope this company takes this seriously and addresses this behavior so that other customers do not go through the same situation.
The printing process at this store is very slow after emailing documents, it takes at least 10 minutes just to receive the print code, which defeats the purpose of using technology for quick service and seems to be due to poor internet. On top of that, the staff member tried to explain scanning by calling it “common sense,” which came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when the overall service itself wasn’t efficient. Overall, a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Had an urgent delivery for a package to be sent to Pittsburgh returned back from UPS after they charged 152$ for a two day delivery
Sent it back and no one bothered to call, text or attempt to solve the issue they faced (my fault missing apartment number).
Went to this FedEx store and paid 34$ for a ground delivery that was completed next business day and the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful.
