  Accidentally ordered for a pickup instead of a delivery. I've ordered delivery from subway for years have spent probably thousands of dollars at Subway. When I called the store they couldn't do anything about it and I couldn't come in to pick it up. Called back the next day and they told me that it was cancelled and I would get my money refunded back to my account. But over a week later and still not on my account so I called and talked to the manager and she said she would check into and call me back. She never did. I waited two days and called the store and ask for the manager by name. She told the crew member to take my info and she would call me back. Another two days have went by and still no call. I'm out $22.00. I will never order or get food from this Subway or any other Subway. I was an assistant manager for a Subway a little over 10 ten years ago and I never disrespected my customers as this store and manager has treated me. It's not so much the money but the ignorance of the manager never even calling me back. Not good customer service at all. I'm retired on disability and don't get out that often and that's why I mostly order delivery. Don't get around to easy.

  The staff were polite but seemed to skimp on the toppings requested, plus the bread seemed very dry. The drop tile ceiling was very dirty, but they were in the middle of renovations, so hopefully they will get replaced.
