  STACEY IS THE BEST! She was very very patient with helping my in-laws set up their new phones. I highly recommend this location! It's hard to find good customer service any more and we found it here.

  I stopped in this store to discuss my plan since I'm going to be doing some international traveling. The person assisting me was the manager Stacy. We were discussing my trip and she asked why I wasn't going to a "civilized" country (I'm going to Mexico and Belize). I pushed back and said both countries are perfectly civilized. She said "that's debatable" and rolled her eyes. My eight year old daughter is half Belizean and was standing right there. Awful customer service.
