  I wish I had the option to give zero stars. The guys here are incredibly rude, especially the heavier guy. I believe his name is Jeff. He was miserable with me from the moment I walked in, huffing and puffing walking away from me when I was talking to him, so we finally get out to my car and he’s rolling his eyes and I didn’t hear what he says so he yelled as loud as he probably called saying your battery is fine. He needs to Go work at McDonald’s with all the other miserable employees. He clearly hates his job and he needs fired. I went to AutoZone next-door and they were 1000 times nicer and better. Don’t give those people your money just go next-door to AutoZone

  Ron is an absolute legend. Kind and knowledgeable, just a great person to deal with. Helped me with all my problems and got me in and out of the store in no time. Id give 6 stars if I could

  Needed a turn signal bulb and the gentleman was able to find it for me quickly, even offered to help install it if need be! Thanks for the service 😊

  The staff was beyond helpful. Rob, maybe Ron? was amazing. I knew what I needed when I went in. He was so helpful. I spoke of wiper blades. He checked mine out. They're a bit rough I suppose. They weren't cleaning as they should. I can deal with it, but he showed me a few options. I bought a new set, which he installed. Im not quite tall enough. Kind and sincere with no pressure to purchase anything. I went back the next day, the 18th. I told him how my sunroof was making a fluttering noise. Im ready to take my car on a small roadtrip. He came out and looked at it. It was something so silly, just a small piece of debris in my plastic flap where my sunroof opens. To be that concerned about something so innocent and naive in my book. He's a keeper! A diamond in the rough.! Im uncertain if he was management, and if not, he most certainly should be.
