  First time ordering a meatball sub from Subway. Last time ordering a meatball sub from Subway. I was really hungry around 9:00 pm and stuck in Jeannette. Needed a quick fix. Ordered through the drive through and I could hear the employee on the phone with someone else. Just a meatball. Balls of meat, in a package with sauce. How bad could this be? Well? Bad. I ordered one veggie on it. I asked for a few Jalapeños. By “A few,” they interpreted that as no jalapeños. Whatever, I had to pull most of this apart and tossed three-quarters of it out the window. You have one job. Stir the product in the warmer. Balls of meat and sauce. It’s really that simple. I make these at home sometimes. Balls of meat. However, when you do not rotate the balls of meat some will settle on the edge of the warming pan. This leads to disgusting, dried out, hard as a rock, balls of meat. Which is what Subway gives you. Gotta stir the balls of meat. Laziness.

  I give mad props to Anton and his buddy that were working there by themselves that day. Taking orders left and right like freaking BOSSES and make me one heck of a sub!

  Grace was really sweet and was very quick with my order, always asks how my day is going, great customer service, love her personality! ☺️

  Whoever is making sandwiches is horrible. These was 3 strands of lettuce and the sandwich was a cold cut but was soggy. What is happening to the service of these fast food restaurants? Where are the managers at?????? Too add this place is so slow. Me and others in line waited in drive-thru for 15-20 minutes for someone to take my order. The place is slow not even busy. There is one person inside. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!
