  I've purchased many parts from this location on Norwin Ave. in Irwin, and I've always received excellent help and exceptional service, and today was another representation of that. Donna, the manager, went out of her way to get me the part I needed for my clutch. You might say that she came through in a clutch situation! LOL Anyway, jokes aside, I really appreciate her efforts, and I won't hesitate to buy more car parts from that store.

  Always helpful. My emissions test failed, so I went in thinking I would buy a bottle of this stuff that assists in passing emission tests. I would just dump it in with a full tank of gas and be good to go. An employee (sorry can’t remember the name since it has been several months) asked me a few questions to learn about my situation. He then explained to me how the previous mechanic who just worked on my car the day before the test, reset the diagnostic codes and all I had to do was drive several miles so the codes would reset. That night, I went out for take-out 25 miles from my house! Ha.The following week, went in for my emissions test and passed! This saved me the money on buying the bottle and another failed test. Anytime, I go into this store they help out and get it right. Thanks!
