  If you go here and see anyone but Donna just turn around and go ANYWHERE else. Donna is the only person that hasn’t wasted my time at this location and is the ONLY reason why when I need to order parts at my dealership, I go straight to her. Recently I came in for some brakes and oil filter and oil. 2016 Corolla. I said to the counter person, “are you sure it’s not a paper filter”, with out even doubting himself, almost as if he’s worked on cars his entire life, “yeah man they don’t do paper filters”, maybe that’s where I messed up, I should have spoken up and tried to put some doubt in his mind. But I took his word for it. Go home, drain the oil, next thing I know…imagine that, a paper filter. So now I drive back to this location, I was calm, didn’t tell him that maybe he should go next door to subway to work. Didn’t tell him “guess being a mechanic didn’t work out”. I simply said “I need to return this, I need the oil filter wrench to remove the plastic case it sits in, and I need the paper cartridge.”. This man looks at me, serious as can be and says “do you still need the filter?”. My brother in Christ, yes that is part of the oil change. Please get the correct parts. Now, the reason why I’m so fired up about this, is because I didn’t get a simple apology. Just a simple “hey man sorry about that”. Or a “my bad” would have worked. No skin off his back. I mean hell a simple whip your phone out and google would have been fine. But you didn’t even have to do that because 2 oil filters on his computer from the $16 one he sold me…was the $5 paper filter I needed. From now on, I’ll only go there when Donna is there because she knows her shit. And at this point I had this review at a 1 star but, simply because I can’t make Donna’s store look completely bad. I’ll give it a 2.

  The staff at this store is always extremely kind and helpful. Shout out to Donna for always lending a hand and having such a great attitude!

  Great service. Veteran mechanics here, not just salesmen. Donna and Mike kick major tail. They really know their stuff. A retail place that operates with heart of the good local boys. Advance better treat their employees good, they're the heart.

  Friendly and accommodating advanced auto. Clean and easily accessible, plenty of parking. I needed tire studs on the spot in order for my car to pass inspection and they were kind enough to deliver the parts to the shop I was having my car worked on (about a mile down the road). Thank you Paul and everyone else that helped with this today! 🙏🏼

  I've purchased many parts from this location on Norwin Ave. in Irwin, and I've always received excellent help and exceptional service, and today was another representation of that. Donna, the manager, went out of her way to get me the part I needed for my clutch. You might say that she came through in a clutch situation! LOL Anyway, jokes aside, I really appreciate her efforts, and I won't hesitate to buy more car parts from that store.
