  This location is a fantastic culinary addition to the area. They offer plenty of variety in their flavor selection as well as sides. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly.

  We walked in and ordered a 5 tenders meal to go. We only got 3 tenders, and hardly any fries. I paid 14 bucks for 1 incomplete meal. The person that took our order was clearly miserable. When the food was ready they didn’t say anything and just held the bag over the counter until we saw it. I tried to call about our order being wrong since we were already home and no one answers the phone. Disappointed especially living in Hershey.

  The service here at this location was the best I’ve had. Nas was very helpful and professional. Everyone there was kind and friendly. I had an issue with a delivery at an earlier date (documented) and they helped fix the issue immediately. The food was hot and fresh. We didn’t stay to eat there so I can’t comment on the decor.

  I'm really not sure why this place has the negative reviews it does. I'm from out of town. I was visiting this area for a trip and happened to stop at this Wingstop. I put in an online order and it was done very quickly in about 10 to 15 minutes. I went in to use the bathroom and then retrieved my order, the workers were friendly. My wings were extremely hot meaning that they were very fresh. All the flavors were on point, my order was right and it was delicious. I would definitely come back to this location again!
