  I have never wrote a review before but I am disgusted about this Subway in Hummelstown. One positive was the girl who was helping me she was nice and kind. But one thing I did not like is that it is PRIME lunch hour… how do you have only one person working at PRIME lunch hour?!? It took my entire 30 minute lunch break just to get my order! My work is only 6 minutes away so my arrival was at 12:36pm and I left at 12:57pm. There was a line of people waiting behind me that reached the door and she is scrambling just to make the orders. How do you have only one person working??!! Good job subway! And I was overcharged! I got the sub of the day and paid $11 bucks for a 6inch! But your advertising says otherwise. I didn’t even care I had to get back to work knowing I was late because of the neglect or awareness at this location!

  Went there today with my son for a sub, but the sub rolls were hard, dry and stale. Was told the rolls were soft in the inside..Yeah Right. No wonder there's no cars in the parking lot. Threw half the sub away.

  Their hours are wrong. Posted hours says they close at 10 pm. It’s 8:40 pm and they’re closed. Fail

  No crumbs on the floor. Just need more ingredients in the sub. I’m glad we can use our coupons here! Staff was nice!
