Worst customer service ever! This specific Michael Kors Outlet store at Tanger Outlets Hershey (72 Outlet Square) completely lacks respect for military members. They refused to apply the military discount under the excuse that the items are already marked down. (It is an OUTLET store, of course everything is marked down!). Every other brand in this mall is also discounted, yet they all proudly honor the military discount—including Adidas, Nike, Old Navy, Coach, and Gap!To make matters worse, I was buying gifts for the beginning of the year and politely asked for a separate bag for each purse. The sales associate rudely and loudly refused, stuffing all my purchases into one single large bag. Why?! Just for comparison, Coach not only honors the military discount, but they also provide separate bags and gift boxes for free with a smile! The service here entirely depends on the bad mood of the staff. This used to be my favorite place, and I consistently spend around $1,500 per visit. However, due to these repeated, completely unjustified behaviors and lack of appreciation, I will NEVER shop here again. They truly do not deserve my business.

Zero stars actaully.... I am from hershey and have been shopping at these outlets since I was a kid. With that being said I have given years of business to this specific store. And today I had the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store. I spent over 200.00 in two transactions in the span of 3 days and they refused to combine and give the 20% off. The discounts of all items and the 20% off of 200.00 were the same since Thursday including today. After today's purchase I went home to get my other purchase and receipt to show how much I spent between both transactions and they refused to return and combine items so I can get the discount. Not only did they refuse when I told them I'd return and come back to get the same things they told me they would refuse the purchase because they know I was trying to get the discount. You mean the discount I'm owed and the reason why I bought an additional item that was nearly 200.00 itself, the reason the make these discounts so people buy more... To be refused a purchase is 100% unacceptable and unprofessional...it was two managers btw that handled this transaction and told me this.
