  Worst customer service ever! This specific Michael Kors Outlet store at Tanger Outlets Hershey (72 Outlet Square) completely lacks respect for military members. They refused to apply the military discount under the excuse that the items are already marked down. (It is an OUTLET store, of course everything is marked down!). Every other brand in this mall is also discounted, yet they all proudly honor the military discount—including Adidas, Nike, Old Navy, Coach, and Gap!To make matters worse, I was buying gifts for the beginning of the year and politely asked for a separate bag for each purse. The sales associate rudely and loudly refused, stuffing all my purchases into one single large bag. Why?! Just for comparison, Coach not only honors the military discount, but they also provide separate bags and gift boxes for free with a smile!The service here entirely depends on the bad mood of the staff. This used to be my favorite place, and I consistently spend around $1,500 per visit. However, due to these repeated, completely unjustified behaviors and lack of appreciation, I will NEVER shop here again. They truly do not deserve my business.

  There was a lady i guess the Manager. She was so mannerless. My baby was just two years old and she just told me that keep your baby out of store he is making noise. And said that if you can keep him quiet then you can come inside. What kind of behaviour is this? And how would I just tell my baby to keep quiet as he was just two years old?
