  My sons Suburu needed a wiper relay, nobody in Lehigh Valley had it including all Suburu dealers!!!! Went to Advance Auto in Emmaus. Zach was able to find the “one and only wiper relay at Advance in Hellertown!! Went to Hellertown store and Mitchell Mason was able to find that one and only! He was determined to find where it was! I came home , installed the relay and my son had wipers!!! Shout out to Zach and Mitchell for their service and “putting the customer first” !! Please see their Acknowledge by management. Gonna use Advance Auto Parts from now on! Thank you guys! Charlie Flynn

  I had the best experience with this Advance Auto Parts in Hellertown. My car overheated and I got stranded across the street from this store. I was completely in a panic as it was 85 degrees today and I had my young son with me who is disabled. I called into the store and got met with the kindest human I could’ve ever had that day, Eric. As I cried on the phone explaining my situation and how I didn’t know what to do, he immediately jumped into action and did more than what I ever could have imagined. He walked across the street from the store to my car and helped me determine what my issue was and how we could fix it. He walked me and my son across the busy street to get out of the heat and purchase what I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what we were doing to my car and why, and then answered all of my questions. He never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing what I was doing, or for how emotional I was in the moment—Just pure kindness and compassion for another person having a bad day. Eric was understanding of my situation, nonjudgmental and told me that he just wants to do good and help people whenever he can. What went from stressful situation was turned around into a making it a good day with my car being fixed. Please give him a raise and all the recognition he deserves, this store has the blueprint of a great employee with Eric! Thank you again!!!

  The 2 gentleman behind the counter were extremely helpful and polite. Assisted me with finding the tools I needed. I will definitely return.
