  This is the worst Customer Service I've ever seen in any UPS store. They acted like they did not care about my packages even though Amazon offers them as a free pick up destination, but they say they don't know nothing about that and played stupid with a package that was a deadline for my kids birthday present and they just acted like they didn't care and sent it back instead of calling me or anything. It's very rude. They should get with Amazon and get their stuff straight now because they sure offer them as a Drop off service , I am from out of town from Florida. I've never encountered any kind of customer service as bad as this shame on them i'm very upset. I'm calling the corporate office.

  It’s 10:25 AM on a Sunday and this store is supposed to open at 10. I drove about 30 minutes to get here because this is the only reliable option around, and the place is completely closed with no explanation at all. There have already been over 10 customers come and leave. People keep pulling into the parking lot, walking up to the door, trying to get in, and then leaving frustrated. There were even people standing outside waiting at one point. This is a complete waste of everyone’s time. If you are not going to open when you say you do, at least communicate it. Put a sign on the door or update your hours. Right now it just looks unprofessional and unreliable. This is exactly how businesses lose customers. Something this simple should not be this hard.
