I have been with Allstate for well over a decade, and am canceling due to my policy being trasfer to this "office." What do you get with allstate? Extremely high rates and ZERO for it. You can't get a quote, and I've sent this office emails multiple through both email and through their website. I pay over $350 per month for ONE car. I'm switching to State Farm... $120 a month. And guess what? They responded to emails, gave me quotes, and made it super easy. Isn't it wild that if you don't communicate, you lose business but if you do, you gain business? Crazy concept this office hasn't figured out.
The amount of time I've wasted, just trying to get a quote, should've been enough of a warning. And what did I want a quote for? Literally to add another policy. I wanted to give them more money, and they can't even be bother to respond.
First I hit the chat. The person from another country screwed up that quote... 45 minutes and I responded immediately... 5 questions. 45 minutes for 5 questions, and they screwed it up. So, you email corporate and ask. They tell you chat. Then you tell them chat screwed it up. Then they tell you to reach out to your policy holder... And then your policy holder just ignores every single attempt.
Thanks for the Spanish birthday email, considering I don't speak Spanish and have never communicated with them before, and that was also how I found out apparently that was my new "local" rep... Having to translate a birthday email.
Horrible. I miss my old agent Maureen. Since then, it's been nothing but issues. Glad to finally be ending this "relationship" aka paying 4500 a year for one car.
Oh, and I have zero accidents, zero tickets, and perfect credit. That rate definitely isn't on me, considering I've never had an at fault incident in the last decade.
Edit to add: cool, I still get emails in Spanish from these idiots. Glad State Farm communicates in English and responds to my emails and texts. Good riddance to this horribly run office.
