  I recently visited Roberto A. Ortiz’s Allstate Insurance agency in Hazleton, PA to transfer my policy to a local agent. I originally set up my policy online, but I was looking for a local office in my city for better convenience and easier account management in the future. From start to finish, Fernanda Ortiz assisted me with this transition. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend this agency!

  Roberto Ortiz has recently taken over my old agent's office and the service of both Roberto and Fernanda the past few days has been phenomenal! I had an issue with an error made by an 1-800-Allstate representative and Roberto and Fernanda took it upon themselves to make several phone calls to fix the issue for me AND help me lower my home insurance policy. Great communication with both of them!! A+++++!
