  Paul goes above and beyond for cricket customers. I stopped by with a screen protector I bought offline from Amazon. I asked Paul to put it on for me because he did the original one on my phone when I got the phone. Without hesitation Paul changed my screen protector. Thanks again Paul.

  I was having issues with the data on my phone, I have the unlimited data plan but it was working on my phone, I spent 3 HOURS there and she used up to 50 dollars worth of Sim cards and tried 3 esims and had me factory reset my phone and only then when I couldn't recover anything she said she didn't know what to do
