  I have eaten at more subways than I can count, and I just had the best customer service I’ve ever had at one at this location. Maybe it was because I beat the lunchtime rush, but I’d like to believe it’s just the way she is. I was helped by a woman called Twig. She was welcoming, kind, accommodating, and doing her best to make sure the sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. She asked me multiple follow up questions, including whether I wanted it toasted with some veggies, whether I wanted lite, medium or heavy on different veggies, and whether I wanted the footling bagged as two separate sandwiches. All throughout she was pleasant, warm, and smiling. She said she wanted to make sure my lunch was just right. She also let me know that if I use the app, I could get a free footlong next time. I can’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant time ordering food. I don’t pass through here all too often, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to pass this city without thinking of Subway and Twig.

  I go into this Subway frequently. There's not alot of options for food that's worth the money in this area. I go in weekly & there are times when it may just be 1 person running store & subway (which isnt any fault of the workers) but I'm ALWAYS treated kind & they are ALWAYS helpful & attentive. Everytime I go in not only do they wash their hands they also use gloves. So to suggest otherwise in my opinion is not the case at this location. Again I stop in often. Even when it has been busy they remain professional & sometimes have to go back & forth between the 2 stores. It seems very demanding & unfair they are in a position where they are responsible for the amount of work they do. Yet they do it well & somehow pull it off. It's pretty impressive. They are human & surely make mistakes but the couple of times Ive actually seen those made, they were immed corrected & an effort was made to make it right. Some ppl tou can never pls. They look for ways to be negative. There are some that no matter what when or where they go they create issues. You'll notice them in reviews of you look long enough it's very noticeable. To wrap this lengthy review up I hope the owners/management see this & recognize how fortunate they are to have the few incredible employees they have. I forgot the couple of ladies names bit the next time I stop Ill be sure to get them & give them their credit they've earned. I was very frustrated at some of the reviews I seen & felt compelled to share my many experiences I've had over the last 2 years I've been going to this location. Hope this encourages others to stop!! 🙂
