  The reason I gave this rating is because the experience reminded me that great customer service is not just about completing a transaction, it’s about how you make someone feel. I walked in needing help with a return, and instead of feeling like “just another customer,” I was met with patience, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. The team took the time to work with me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly. In a world where people are often rushed, their professionalism and compassion stood out. They turned a simple package drop off into an experience where I felt respected and valued. That level of care is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

  I went there to notarize two pages and the old man there charged me $30 dollars. $10 for the actual service and $30 for “clerical fee”. And guess what, he didn’t do any clerical service whatsoever. This should honestly be illegal and I wish more people would see this and stop going there. He saw we needed the service and added that extra $20. After I paid it, I looked at the receipt and saw the additional charge. I cannot believe a store like this is allowed to run. My husband stopped me from going back in there and confronting them but if this isn’t plain stealing from people idk what is.

  I went here to get my granddaughters passport photo. When we went to the appointment to get her passport they would not accept the photo. They said go get your money back because they should know what is required for the photo. ( my granddaughter was smiling and you can't.) I told the lady that i wanted to return it and she looked at me like I was crazy. Two others got involved and said they needed to call the owner but that they already printed my pictures out so he's probably not going to return my money. She then said bring my granddaughter back for another picture. I informed her we had to pay for another one because we needed it that day. Needless to say they wouldn't give me me my $16.98 back. POOR customer service and lack of knowledge when it comes to taking passports photos. They must be money hungry over that amount.

  No surprise this store has 2.9 stars. Sanjay, the manager, is rude and the employee I worked with had no proper customer service skills.
