  If I could give a zero star rating I would. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I needed to explain my situation to three separate people. The second person would do nothing but interrupt me and when I said if you would stop Interrupting me I could explain, was then met with im not the one and I was put on hold. I have over 20 years experience in the maintenance community and customer service and this is by far the worst experience I've had an auto parts retailer. This is not how customers are to be treated!

  I can't say enough great things about the customer service Rey and Khairi provided on Sunday night. I walked in right at closing time, and honestly, I knew I was that customer. Instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they welcomed me with smiles, treated me with kindness, and immediately helped me find the part I needed. My car had left me stranded, and I was stressed, but Rey and Khairi went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. Not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was a burden, even though they were ready to close for the night. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Because of the way they treated me, I'll gladly drive out of my way just to shop at this location again. Rey and Khairi truly set the standard for excellent customer service. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
