  Since Fram and Purolator are both out of business, it’s getting difficult to find oil filters…..however I took a trip to Advance and the nice young lady there really knows her stuff, obtaining the filter I was looking for at a great price (CarQuest).

  I came into the store this evening and the guy behind the counter asked what I needed, and I said that my wife's car needed a new battery. Instantly, the guy said "Well, I'm not putting it in!" I was taken off guard, and asked why not? He replied, "I'm here on my own and it's policy that I can't leave the store." I actually had no problem with this, but his tone with both statements were exasperated and dismissive. Very unprofessional, and it could have been handled much better. How about: "I can get you a battery, but I'm sorry but I can't install it since I am here alone." That would have been a totally different story. I went down the street to AutoZone, and they were extremely courteous from the moment I walked in. Advanced Auto Parts lost my business.
