  UPS has replied to this review with AI text positing that price gouging is their prerogative. Sure seems like it! Aside from this, team member Isha was awesome! Professional, helpful, and speedy. Make sure to go to FedEx to print pages - ($0.23 per b&w page at FedEx vs $0.50 per b&w page at UPS)

  Love having this UPS on this side of Harleysville - so much more convenient and you don't have to go through all those lights and businesses to get to the other one. They are very nice and professional. Thank you UPS for being closer to me - I use UPS all the time.

  I called and needed assistance in locating a package that UPS insist was there. The woman told me that she would call me back after speaking with UPS. Never heard from her and my package is lost. I will never use this store because of this.

  The UPS Store in Shelly Square in Harleysville provides many services. Most importantly for us, they provided notary services on a Sunday, which we could not find easily from any other business. Isha was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will continue to use her services.

  Stopped by when my normal location was closed and I needed something in a hurry. They were incredibly friendly and helpful! Very nice team, excited to have them in the area!
