  The young lady (associate) was so kind and helpful...ALL with a SMILE always on her face! Plus, our pkg. actually arrived and on time (unlike other shipping means I've used in the past...)

  Unwelcoming. Customer service was an unpleasant experience. I wasn’t aware that I could purchase to have my label printed out in the actual store, instead I was turned away without a word from the female associate. What a waste of my time & gas. I live 25 mins away from this location it’s the closest one to me. Very disappointing.

  One of the nicest stores, and probably one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I had my Private Mail Box set up in under 15 minutes, no stress and none of the usual chaos you deal with when starting a business. Nine times out of ten, this process turns into hours of frustration because of all the documents you need, but the owner was genuinely friendly, patient, and walked me through everything step by step. Honestly, I was stressed going through my paperwork because of everyday life stuff, and when I walked in I thought I had everything squared away and thought it should only take 5 minutes. The owner noticed, and regardless of how busy it was, he took time out of his day and helped me look through everything after I patiently waited and asked for assistance with the documents I did have. Before I knew it, I was out the door with a brand‑new mailbox and one less thing to worry about as I start my next business venture. It’s rare to find service this honest, this helpful, and this human. moral of the story: I assumed it should have taken 5 minutes, but in reality it took 15 minutes, and I left, I realized I had new knowledge gained for being patient and listening to others. Now I know what I have to do to set up a new mailbox anywhere! 5 out of 5 stars, If I could give 6 I would! - A Retired veteran
