  Jackson and Anthony waited on us tonight. Everything was fresh and clean. Not only that, they were extremely patient and personable. Anthony said that he hoped to see us again, and was so friendly the entire time. Jackson was equally as friendly, and helped us get out of there quickly!

  My wife and I ordered to-go yesterday Apr 28th, 2:10 pm. Southern Hanover, PA. Off route 94. Both subs, the rolls used were either very stale, or were left in the oven too long. Though not burnt, the rolls had parts that were nearly hard as a rock. The rolls were not edible. How hard can it be to check quality? We didnt know this until we unwrapped them at home, about 20 mins away.

  The subway on Baltimore Street in Hanover, PA has a big banner up that says UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I walk into the subshop at lunch time on a Saturday. There is one poor teenage boy trying to make subs plus ring up the orders for a line of people ALL BY HIMSELF????? I asked him isn't there anyone else here to help you???? He says no it's just me here. I thought to myself what happened should he need to use the bathroom???? This supposed under new management isn't looking to good to me.
