  The are so rude to customers stood their in silence making online orders not even a hello ill be with you in a minute then sue walked away and sent someone else to counter we waited patiently no thank you for waiting Then wanted a tip ha hoe about the number one rule of customer service say hello

  Husband ordered to go salads for the both of us. More lettuce was selected. He comes home, absolutely no lettuce on my salad. First off, what insane person offers a salad without lettuce. Husband drives all the back to get it remade because it'll be soggy by the time it gets back home. Employee refused to remake it and claimed that it said "no lettuce" on the ticket. Husband shows him the receipt that clearly says "lettuce MORE" in capitals like that. So the employee just shoves lettuce on top and adds more dressing since it also was supposed to come with extra dressing. This place constantly gets orders wrong even if you order with them making it in front of you. Would rate 0 if I could

  Not leaving a star for the food since i never got it. An order was placed on the app and unlike every other app, it doesn't change the closest store. My husband tried to go back in to cancel it but there wasn't a way to. He tried calling them and the worker said they don't give refunds cause the food was made. So not only did they steal my money. They either threw away the food or I just paid for a worker to eat. They "resolved" my issue in less than a minute by saying they are going to keep my money without even waiting for me to see the response. My husband was out lunch because he was at work. Subway has just become another place I won't bother to order from anymore. Save your money so you can actually eat.
