  Driving home from NY on 6/22 and the storm pulled off my rear wiper blade. I called my local store and they assisted me in ordering a replacement blade which was delivered to my local store in Hamburg Pa in 4 hours. Christian was very helpful and friendly and even installed it for me. I've been a long term customer of Advance Auto Parts. All of the above is 100% why I still am! Outstanding guest service!   It was unfortunate but, it happens. The brand new battery that I just bought there, that I just installed there, for my 2017 harley-davidson Road King was bad. Bike wouldn't start. The person helpng me was mortified, aghast, and appalled, probably owned a thesaurus, quickly brought me another ,showing my it was testing good, clamps slipping off the battery onto him, and off we rode. Thank you very much.

  My college age child who has limited knowledge of cars gave the necessary information to the associate to get new headlight bulbs for his car. He proceeded to give my son the wrong ones. My son then opened the package and tried to use them. He then realized that they were the wrong bulbs. Upon trying to return them he was told he could not. ⚠️ Warning! Please do not go to this place of business. The associates do not know what they are doing!

  Seems like every time I visit this place they never have what I'm looking for. Do a lot better at Thren's Auto Parts in Hamburg.
