    Driving home from NY on 6/22 and the storm pulled off my rear wiper blade. I called my local store and they assisted me in ordering a replacement blade which was delivered to my local store in Hamburg Pa in 4 hours. Christian was very helpful and friendly and even installed it for me. I've been a long term customer of Advance Auto Parts. All of the above is 100% why I still am! Outstanding guest service! Thank you team Hamburg

    It was unfortunate but, it happens. The brand new battery that I just bought there, that I just installed there, for my 2017 harley-davidson Road King was bad. Bike wouldn't start. The person helpng me was mortified, aghast, and appalled, probably owned a thesaurus, quickly brought me another ,showing my it was testing good, clamps slipping off the battery onto him, and off we rode. Thank you very much.

    My college age child who has limited knowledge of cars gave the necessary information to the associate to get new headlight bulbs for his car. He proceeded to give my son the wrong ones. My son then opened the package and tried to use them. He then realized that they were the wrong bulbs. Upon trying to return them he was told he could not. ⚠️ Warning! Please do not go to this place of business. The associates do not know what they are doing!

    Placed an online order for windshield wiper. Waited 30 min even though I didn't receive an email asI was heading to Maryland. Went in store. Heard a voice say "will be right there". I showed him order and annoyed he said "I didn't even pull it yet, give me another 30 minutes ". I said "I will be back". Got out to car and I just thought no customer service at all. Just like that he running out door with items in hand. Went in to finalize order and asked if he could install for me. "NO! I'm too busy. If you come back later that would be good". Mind you no one in the store. I have no idea what here was busy with, but not a way to talk to a customer.

    I had a very good experience thanks to Brandon. I came in because my check engine light came on and I needed the code read. I was behind one other customer that Brandon was helping. His demeanor with this customer was so fun and polite and just great, and you don’t see that a lot nowadays. As I waited in line I did see a set of legs off to the right sitting down crossed doing nothing as Brandon was working. I waited until he was finished and he kindly came outside in the cold and read the code for me and printed out the report. It was so quick and easy, and I would definitely go back and ask for his help again if I needed it.
