  How do you as a sub shop run out of bread one. Two how do you allow online orders when you know your out of said bread. And now I gotta wait three days for my money back because apparently common sense ain't common anymore don't blame the employee he was nice and apologetic but they should have turned mobile orders off if they don't have the ability to make sandwiches

  While I love me a subway sub, always delicious and filling, this location seems to not have enough employees. We placed an order online, to be ready within 15 minutes. We got there with 5 minutes till pick up time and parked, and as we waited for the app to say our order was ready, a vehicle pulled in and 4 people got out. They went in, and all ordered at the counter. We watched as their subs were made, deciding to wait to go in and grab our order even though the app said it was ready at the time it should have been. We ordered cold subs so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The people finally left, and my daughter went in to grab our order. Mind you, it was probably 20 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready by now. Turns out, our order hadn't even been started yet. Two other people came in to pick up online orders while she waited, which I'm assuming should have been made. They weren't. She said there was one person working. Kinda hard to be upset knowing that. So nothing against the employee, our subs were delicious. Just be prepared, you may end up waiting awhile.

  Very happy with the online order we placed, the accuracy of the order, the friendliness of the staff, the prompt service, and cleanliness of the restaurant despite it being 8:30 at night. Thank you.
