  I recently had an issue with Google that they would not solve nor help we with without paying them a monthly fee for their services. Well, I never asked for nor wanted that "service" so after months of trying to eliminate this service I went to cricket who is my phone carrier and hooked up with Cory a very qualified tech there and he solved my issue in no time . I only lost a function I never asked for anyway which was what I originally wanted from Google but they wouldn't help me. So " thank you Cory and Dustin at cricket Grove city for your professional and kind help. BTW, I've never had a negative issue with cricket, and that is what keeps me coming back to them .

  Might be worst store ever - rude people- can't do anything but tell u to call customer service - even when your phone doesn't work - can't wait to find a new carrier even after a lot of years here

  Very poor communication skills and not very adept in customer service. Sold phones and a service with the understanding if the product did not work it could be returned for a full refund. Never got phones to function properly and then store refused refund of everything except the merchandise, so we contacted Cricket Customer Service that stated the store should give a refund since it has only been a few days. Back to the store and get told that Customer Service had no right to tell us we were entitled to a refund. At this point contemplating going to small claims court, since we have it in writing that they would refund if they didn't work. Too much of a headache for such a small amount of money, but the point is the refund should have been forthcoming without argument. I definitely do not recommend trusting them if they tell you that you can bring it back. So frustrating. Seems that if you call the corporate Customer Service line that they would know what they are talking about...only to have the store dispute them.

  Nice people, competitive pricing Edit: I originally had this as a 4 star review but I've been with cricket for a few years now and I've never had a problem. I did switch to another company for a couple days once to get a deal on a phone but I switched back to cricket and went back to my old phone after maybe two days because the other companies service didn't even come close.
