  Stopped in because my license plate screws were either stripped or stuck in the plastic sleeve and i couldn't get the bottoms ones out to swap my plates. The manager jumped up, came outside, got the screws out and sent me on me way. Unbelievably great service.

  When I approached the counter to ask for help, I was rudely told "I'm in the middle of something" as if my being a customer was an inconvenience. As someone who is in healthcare and is in a job where I'm constantly being pulled from task A to task B, it's disappointing to see a grown man unable to handle that. Let's do better for the people who are paying for our services!

  Paul was great! I needed a new windshield wiper and he quickly found the exact right one for my car. He even installed it for me and I was in and out in about five minutes. Fast, helpful, and excellent service! Couldn’t have been easier! Thank you!

  I don't enjoy this store. One employee grills me like I'm trying to obtain FBI clearance when I'm trying to pick up something as basic as 4 spark plugs. The store is understaffed to the point that I've waited 10-15 minutes to buy a product and left because nobody was there to work the counter. With an O'Reilly and AutoZone a stone's throw from this location, I have no reason to go there other than SpeedPerks. But, if I actually need something from Advance, I hate this store so bad I'll go to delmont or jeannette. Jeannette advance is the best one I've been to.

  About 60 to 70% of the time they have to order the part or its at the warehouse. Go to napa !
