  I cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store and the amazing people who work there. Their customer service is truly second to none. I am constantly walking in with items that aren’t packaged, and they always handle everything for me with a smile, making what could be a stressful process completely effortless. Today, I brought in three large medical devices to ship, and honestly, it felt overwhelming. As always, they took care of everything and made the entire experience easy and seamless. What really impressed me was what happened afterward. They called me after I had already left to let me know they had overestimated the number of boxes needed and were crediting me $30. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer care is rare these days. It’s one thing to provide great service, but it’s another to proactively do the right thing when no one would have known otherwise. That kind of trustworthiness is exactly why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

  Came in this morning there was a guy name jabril very rude very disrespectful was discussing religion because I wasn’t same religion as him he disrespected me abused me DONT GO TO THIS UPS

  I came in today looking for Shayne but he wasn’t there, 😊 found Gabriel to be very helpful and alert to my needs, quick to ask others for correct judgement as being a new employee. I’m glad to be a customer at this local location and will continue to do so!

  A huge thank you to Gabriel! I had such a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Gabriel. He was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure my package was handled with care, and made what could have been a stressful errand feel completely effortless. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about giving great service, and Gabriel absolutely does. Thank you, Gabriel, for going above and beyond — you turned a simple shipping trip into a really pleasant one. This store is lucky to have you!
