  They lost 2 of my amazon packages out of the 7 I brought in for return, and of course it was the 2 most expensive items they lost well after 3 days no refund or update I called and was told I'd get a call back because of high traffic in the store so 20 min later no call and the search continues and all this unyielding rage grows.
