He took extra time to ensure that all of my documents were properly notarized and included according to the instructions I had received from a third party. I am glad that UPS hires individuals that eagerly go above and beyond typical customer service. I was not surprised to learn that this individual was a former USMC infantryman. Keep up the good work and you have my continued business.

He was worried about everyone else but myself, this effected my children making them wait for me to get back in the car, it was not good customer service to push me aside to assist others
