    Disgusting man working earlier, purposely not helping my boyfriend. He told him the headlight to get, he came up, (only 2 numbers off) the man didn't tell him it wasn't right. He smirked. My boyfriend came back in, nicely, and he immediately acted childish. Saying to give the light to his DEAD parents, a sister, etc. after just scamming him into paying double. You people need to hire better staff who doesn't want to squeeze money out of people.

    I made a mistake, I'll start by admitted that and thats why this is 2 star not 1. I went into this store and asked for headlights, the guy working the register looked up the model I used 9005 he said. He took me over to the aisle and pointed them out vaguely. Apparently I looked out the wrong column and grabbed the 9007s. Brought them up to ring them out. My issue is this. He just helped me find the right lights. He looked at the packaging to scan it, it rang up in their system. I even had trouble getting into the fort Knox packaging so he pried it open for me. That was nice, but at none of these points several points did he notice that I had grabbed the wrong plastic box. I can forgive that. Im not the car guy but it was pretty stupid of me to grab the wrong number. My problem is when I took it outside and noticed it didnt fit and then brought it back in that im really not happy about. I brought it back in and said it had too many prongs. He repeated the number I should have grabbed: 9005 then looked at his computer and said I had grabbed 9007. I paid 80 dollars for the wrong light bulbs. I grumbled and grabbed the correct one. I didnt ask for credit or a refund or even accuse him of anything. I just grumpily whipped out my credit card to pay for the new one. For some reason instead of expressing sympathy he started suggesting people I could give them to, starting with my recently dead parents. And then he just kept going until I told him to quit it. Then for some reason he was trying to get me take the useless bulbs with me. I have had a lot better customer service in the past. You go in local places and you pay a mark up because they can say "oh you grabbed the wrong one." And "oh im sorry that happened" basic human emotive responses when someone is that upset. I wasted 80 bucks on the wrong lightbulbs here. Ill just buy a spare pair online and keep them in the trunk in a box now. Probably pay less, definitely wont pay double. Edit: I am changing this to a 1 star review from the lackluster response and from the signs I am seeing of review suppression and buying. Might as well have some impact on the stars until it magically disappears. Ill just put it up again.

    Never buy anything from this company, you pin ur vin in for ur car and they give u the wrong parts and refuse to do anything about it, even the customer care center don’t care

    Needed wiper blades. Stopped in to find a confusing mess of QR codes so I asked for help. The counterman used his system, found the right blades and installed them in 10 min. At $87 they weren't cheap but in was done and done right.
