  The staff in this FedEx office are so pleasant and so helpful no matter what you need they will help you no matter what question you have they have the answer at times I even go in there for advice and they help you even if you don't spend any money

  They steal iPhone trade-ins at this store. My wife dropped off her old iPhone as part of a trade-in that she was using to get credit towards a new iPhone. She used the shipping label that Apple provided. For 12 days the tracking showed that the package never left the store. When the manager was asked about this by an Apple rep, he confirmed that the package was dropped off at the store but then said it must've gotten lost at the warehouse. How is that possible if it never left the store? He clearly knew that wasn't what happened. Don't trust shipping anything out of this store, especially phone trade-ins because you will lose your money as you will have no way to prove they stole it.

  I had a truly exceptional experience at this location. Ed and Ky were patient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Ed helped me with several iterations of a program booklet and gave helpful guidance on how to do it right. I will be coming here for all of my printing and shipping needs
