  Ky at the Feasterville FedEx store is truly an excellent employee. I had a large, heavy box to ship out, and he helped me get it to the front desk, finish taping it up, and get the label secured properly. He gave me the assurance I needed to feel confident that the package (a return of an expensive item) would get to its destination safely. Ky was helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. Even though I arrived at the store close to closing time (about 6:45) he didn’t look annoyed at all, and he helped me with everything needed with a friendly, positive demeanor. I am so grateful he was there when I was running late and needed a package shipped asap! He seriously went above and beyond - outstanding customer service, a true asset to the company.
