  Every staff member I have interacted with has been genuinely welcoming, professional, and helpful. They always take the extra time to ensure labels are correct and packages are secure. Lines move quickly, and transactions are handled expertly without ever feeling rushed.

  I had such a great experience at UPS! Keiya (I apologize if I’m spelling her name incorrectly) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and made the whole process so much easier. She was truly wonderful and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Thank you, Keiya, for being so helpful and making my experience such a positive one!

  I stopped by the UPS store with a large amount of documents to shred, and I was greeted by Keya & Heidi. They were not only pleasant and courteous, they were extremely professional and competent. UPS should be proud to have employees like Keya & Heidi!

  Love this drop off location! They are ALWAYS efficient and I have never had to wait in line. I used to go to another location that was closer to my house, but I go to this one now because of how quickly they handle my returns. My mom and two of my friends have also started going to this location because of me. :)

  The first few times I visited this location, the staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. I came in with an Amazon return that consisted of three boxes that had originally been taped together. The employee informed me that the return needed to be packaged as a single box. I explained that it had arrived taped together and simply asked if I could use some tape to secure the boxes. Her response was that I would have to charge you for the tape. I asked, "I'm a customer and you're going to charge me for a small amount of tape?" She then responded by saying, "We take care of our really good customers..." That comment immediately made me feel as though I wasn't considered a valued customer. I was then charged $2.17 just to tape three boxes together. What made it even more frustrating was that $2.17 is about what an entire roll of tape costs (not UPS store pricing), yet I only needed a few strips and certainly didn't leave with the rest of the roll. The charge felt excessive and unreasonable for such a minor request. Throughout the transaction, she continued trying to justify the charge. What bothered me most wasn't even the money, it was the attitude and the implication that I wasn't a "good customer" deserving of basic courtesy and assistance. I've never had this kind of experience at the UPS Store on New Falls Road. The employees there are always helpful and treat everyone with respect, whether they're a regular customer or not. Because of how I was treated today, I will not be returning to the Fairless Hills UPS Store. I'll be taking my business to the New Falls Rd location, where customers are treated as valued clients.
