  These guys are top notch! I had an issue with my truck while coming down the turnpike. They had the part I needed in stock. Zach was very helpful through the whole process and even let me use a couple tools to install the part get my truck running right. This saved me from having to tow my truck over an hour home. This is a great store with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I highly recommend anyone needing parts to come here.

  I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend, Jake. He had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts in Exton tonight. He went in the store because he needed to buy a bulb for his Tacoma and wasn't 100% sure of the part or part number. Zach Hetzel offered to go outside and look at it. They took the old bulb out, checked the part number, then went inside and found the right part. It was 10° outside. After ringing him up he came back outside to put the new bulb in, and to make sure everything worked properly. It was above and beyond what was ever expected. He was very kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful. Jake said he would give 10 stars if it was possible. It's not every day you come across somebody with such outstanding customer service skills such as Zach. Jake said he will always go to Advance Auto Parts in the future and not a competitor.
