  They have literally called the cops on me just because my brake line blue and brake fluid went everywhere and when they told me to leave I told him I couldn't have to call tow truck. They've literally threatened me. I had the managers slam it on my hood denting my hood kicking my finger damaging that and flat out refused to give me my parts which I was came there in the first place so I can fix my car. Shane, they refused to give me a refund when I requested it. The manager is also known for causing fights with people and he has attacked a couple of people in the past

  The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! I stopped to inquire about repair of some scratches on the front of my car. Rather than sell me something that I didn’t need or wouldn’t work, they told me how to buff out the scratches as they were very superficial. I’ve been to the store before, and I’ve always found the same excellent service. They definitely are my go to store when I need anything automotive!

  Thought my battery was dead and was resigned to the idea that I needed a new one. Zack/Zach at Advance Auto Parts told me he wanted to check it before I spent the money on a new one. Turned out, it just needed a charge. He saved me time, money, AND he was incredibly kind the entire time. THANK YOU!

  These guys are top notch! I had an issue with my truck while coming down the turnpike. They had the part I needed in stock. Zach was very helpful through the whole process and even let me use a couple tools to install the part get my truck running right. This saved me from having to tow my truck over an hour home. This is a great store with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I highly recommend anyone needing parts to come here.
