  Failed to order the correct part for my car. I went there in person and made sure they ordered the rear wheel lug stud I needed and said it would arrive the next day but the next day I looked on the store website to see if it was in stock, it showed it was not. Instead it showed the front wheel lug stud was in stock but that is not the one I need. I do not have the time, patience, or energy for this svd and I will never go back.

  I needed a Harley Davidson Battery.....they had the exact one I needed obviously not a harley battery but exact size, length bc you know how some motorcycle batteries are a tight fit..... I found one to my liking w/the same CCA...I brought it home and installed the new battery and the Harley started right up!!!!!!!

  So we realize that the oil was getting low on my friends car right....here we are trying to get the oil cap off and it won't budge. So after a while of trying to get it off, we decide to drive up to Advanced Auto Parts to see if anyone could help us. There, standing on the sidewalk was our man named Ray. We pull in and ask Ray for help. He goes in and checks the store for any tools useful for the job. He comes out with nothing in hand. He then walks up to the car and in two swift cranks of his almighty Thor hand, he twists the oil cap off. My friend and I stand there in amazement. Let me put it this way....if it wasn't for Ray, there would be no oil in my friends car to this day. We just want to thank Ray for his more than helpful customer service.
