  Ordered a sandwich via DoorDash that showed up incorrectly in their system, which isn’t the fault of the employees, what is ridiculous though is how I went out of my way to get this sandwich remade, I had to punch out of my job, and then when I show up, they don’t even let me keep the original messed up sandwich. They remake a new one. I don’t get any coupons or any remediation not to mention this is the second time they’ve messed up my order like this and I’m just sent on my merry way with just a sandwich and nothing else. I tried to be civil but the customer service was very low tier and this seems to be the general model for all subways as they usually tend to not seem to care about their customers!

  Customer service isn’t terrible however the place was disgusting. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in weeks. The high chair looks like it’s never been wiped down. The tables, walls, and counters had food and dirt all over the place. Crumbs all over the floor at just 11am. My bacon was raw. My wife’s sandwich had so much mayo on it, she couldn’t even eat it. And the lettuce looked old. I’ve never ever left a bad review but in hopes that this reaches the right person and they pick up the place a little. People and their families can’t even sit down and enjoy their food even if they wanted to.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were so incredibly rude and refused to give any help. Left without ordering. Will never come back to this establishment. I’d avoid it at all costs.
