  I use this FedEx location in Erie a few times a week and I've never had a bad experience. The team is always friendly, helpful, and overly accommodating. They work hard and quickly, and seem to really care about making sure the customers are satisfied. I use them for printing, shipping, and purchasing shipping materials. I have only positive comments about this location. As someone dependent on a lot of print and shipping needs, I can't tell you how often this team has gotten me out of a jam and saved the day.

  Fed ex gives you the option to speak to someone in the voice menu, but it's a lie. You will be redirected to one robot after another and you cannot speak to a person. So, if you work during business hours, you stand no chance of being able to resolve issues.

  A single lame carrier pigeon would be twice as accurate,caring, knowledgeable, purposeful, and useful than this branch, particularly the manager Kyle. Also, your package would arrive on time.

  My experience here was not shipping, but did involve printing. I needed printed photos for a Canadian application. The photo requirements are very strict. The woman (Remi) here knew exactly what I needed, and she had the equipment to do it right. I was impressed that they have software that checks the photo for a number of issues that could cause it to be rejected. In the end, I have exactly what I need. If I have a need in the future for passport or other official photos, I would come back here.
