  What a clown show. Seen me walk in, and walked to the back instead. Pay $45 to ship a package but all they can offer is 1 piece of tape to secure it? Definitely don't recommend this place, or UPS if I'm being honest. There's a reason they are a financial mess.

  I came in to get my fingerprinting done, and Amanda was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. She assisted me through the entire process with care and professionalism. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service—she is a very kind and wonderful person. Thank you so much.

  UPS store clerk conducting shading services. PLEASE BE AWARE. Do not fall prey to price gouging through "free" insurance offered by UPS of $100 dollars. This is not true, clerk lied and said it is a new policy created in the last week. It is a way to trick you into paying for tracking and putting insurance on a package which increases the cost without your consent. Specify I do not want insurance if you have to use this location do not be afraid to go somewhere else. Stay safe!

  They know their job and do it quickly. I never have to wait , and always leave the store, feeling thourghly satisfied with their service.

  $3.17 for a label on your package....Totally wrong ...and a ripoff....The good thing is, plenty other ups stores in area ..
