    I’m trying to understand how there is such a big price discrepancy between ordering to that location in app and in person. My husband was charged in total an additional $7 just for ordering in person. Then no receipt to even see where it came from.

    They need more employees. One guy doing everything and is incredibly slow, skipping online pickup orders for customers he is friends with, and skimping on ingredients, presumably so he doesn't have to refill them since he is alone. I waited 30+ min after arriving for my pickup order and 3 walk ins were taken before my order was even started, he put my order as "ready" and it was not probably for his time/numbers. If I could have requested a refund I would have. But I was already here and figured it wouldn't be long. Well i was so incorrect.

    I dont normally review but this place has went full speed down hill since new ownership. Would give 0 stars if possjble. The slices of meat i got today were the thinnest i have ever seen. Asked for more pickles, got only 7 on the entire sub. Absolutely not worth even the 6.99 deal. I will be trying the other enola subway to see if it is just them or all subway.

    This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was filthy. The floors were wet and dirty, the glass over the food case was so streaked and grimy you could barely see through it, and the entire place looked neglected. If the front of house looks like that, it does not inspire confidence about what’s happening behind the counter. The food looked just as bad. The bacon genuinely looked unsafe to eat. I ordered provolone — which is clearly listed on the menu and something Subway carries — and was abruptly told they “don’t have that,” only American and pepper jack. Fine. But maybe update the menu or respond like a professional instead of acting annoyed that a customer ordered something you advertise. The staff was rude, impatient, and practically yelling when we didn’t have our orders locked in immediately. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Between the disgusting cleanliness issues, questionable food quality, and hostile service, I will absolutely never return to this location. Do better.
