  Tonight I ordered the 10-piece bone-in Hickory Smoked BBQ wings with fries and a soda, and everything was delicious! The wings and fries were made fresh to order—hot, fresh, and nothing tasted like it had been sitting around. A special shout-out to the cook tonight! You can tell when someone takes pride in the food they prepare, and it definitely showed in my order. The wings were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the fries were fresh and on point. Whoever was on the grill tonight deserves recognition for doing an outstanding job. Great food and great effort. Thank you for making my meal worth every dollar. Keep up the amazing work!

  I placed a pickup order at this location around 3 PM, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service at a fast-food restaurant before. The three women working there greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve visited this location four times, and this experience was noticeably different from my previous visits. Lucretia, Coleen, and Ashaunnacy were absolutely amazing. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. This is exactly how a business should be run. P.S I hope I spelled the names right

  We placed an order for delivery, and unfortunately, the delivery driver retained half of our food. Upon contacting the store to inform them of the situation, we had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Ms. Colleen. She promptly remade our order and arranged for it to be sent to us. This exemplifies exceptional customer service. We are incredibly grateful for her and her attentiveness.

  First off the chicken wings were AMAZING! The wait was a little long but worth it! In regards to the atmosphere review, it was freezing in the restaurant but I will order take out from now on - problem solved! 😋
