I placed a pickup order at this location around 3 PM, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service at a fast-food restaurant before.
The three women working there greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve visited this location four times, and this experience was noticeably different from my previous visits.
Lucretia, Coleen, and Ashaunnacy were absolutely amazing. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. This is exactly how a business should be run.

We placed an order for delivery, and unfortunately, the delivery driver retained half of our food. Upon contacting the store to inform them of the situation, we had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Ms. Colleen. She promptly remade our order and arranged for it to be sent to us. This exemplifies exceptional customer service. We are incredibly grateful for her and her attentiveness.
