  my grandmother went in about an hour and a half ago and said that while she was there a worker named Sophia was very aggressive while talking to her. no way do I think she should be working in customer service.

  I find it highly unprofessional for one of the employees (Sophia) to be sitting not actually doing anything until customers come inside the establishment

  ordered online. when I arrived for my order I was told they do not have it and can not make it. manager on the phone told me there is nothing they can do. poor customer service leaving someone WHO PAID with out their order.
