Ordered delivery. The wings were swimming in oil (like the wings on the bottom of the box were halfway submerge in oil) and they were all discolored from freezer burn. In addition, the meat was very tough and dry. Will never order from here again.

First time I tried it. Experience was not good. They gave me boneless chicken when I ordered bone. And the blue cheese dipping sauce was watery.

Ordered delivery and never received my food. When I contacted the store, they said they were not responsible and to contact doordash, which I did. Doordash then contacted the store and they were told by the store that they would not remake my order or give a refund. The food is decent but I will not be ordering from Wingstop again. Very disappointed

Chicken wing is raw. This can kill someone. 165 degrees is well done. Does anyone temp tat the thicker part without touching the bone? None of the food I paid for is thoroughly cooked through.

I recently visited Wingstop and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
When we arrived, we stood waiting to place our order while employees appeared more focused on having a personal conversation than helping customers. We were ignored for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us.
Once we received our food, the bags were extremely greasy and covered in oil. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came after we got home. One of the wings my wife bit into was visibly undercooked and bloody near the bone. I’ve attached photos because this is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable when serving chicken.
In addition, my son’s wings were almost flavorless because most of the seasoning and sauce had pooled into the bottom of the bag instead of staying on the food itself.
I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service, careless food preparation, and serving undercooked chicken. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both employee professionalism and kitchen quality control before someone gets sick.
