  I actually enjoy going to this UPS Store. I choose it over locations closer to me because of the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable customer service. I especially enjoy going during the Christmas season when the staff wear Dickens style top hats, play holiday music, and sing along with the music. The waiting customers join in. I don't care if I have to wait for any service since the staff make it fun and are so cordial. What a rarity in today's world! Please don't ever change. This store gives me hope in humanity. God bless the entire staff there. You can turn a bad day into a really good one.

  I frequently use your store for shipping & returns. Jeff always greets everyone with a kind smile, a professional attitude and positive energy! You should be grateful to have him representing your company & I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

  Had a very difficult situation with an Amazon return. Thankfully Davon was there to help us with the return. He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for all of your Amazon returns and shipping needs

  Fast and easy service!..edit:I didn't realize I was not provided a tracking number and never received the email tracking until after I called back. Just make sure you specify you want the tracking number.

  Everyone at the Edwardsville store is always SO friendly! They always make my day for being so helpful and kind. Shout out to Jeff who always has a smile on his face everytime I go there and is always positive and pleasant. Because of how awesome they are, I always go out of my way to drive to this location when I need to ship something.
