  They sold me a junk phone. Refused to exchange it within the 7 days. Was told I would have to buy a new one for more money if I wanted a new phone. Cricket rejected my request to file a warranty claim. No other options available and staff in store refuses to offer any more help.

  These guys are great. Dustin is knowledgeable respectful and doesn’t try to salesman you. I recommend them to everyone. Coverage is great as well

  Went in to have something done and the employee had the i don't know how to help you attitude from the get go and refused to call his manager to ask how to do it. Highly recommend not going to this store if you actually want results for what you went there for

  Dont buy anything outside of a phone. I bought a phone protector and within 2 hours I go to take it off, and find that its broken. They were unwilling to accept a return for replacement, on the same day it was bought. And for 20 dollars? Ridiculous. Never buying from the store after this. Apparently its too much to ask for anything beyond cheap plastic from this store.
